- Janelle Leschinski Added 2017-08-01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lots of complaints this year. Didn't feel like the staff cared at all about my questions or concerns. I live an hour outside of town and had to drive in 3 times for 3 different sessions. They do not and will not even consider mailing out my contacts or glasses when they arrive without charging me for shipping. Felt like i was being mocked and talked to in a condescending manner because I ask too many questions about my prescription and shipping charges. I will definitely be changing eye clinics and not recommending this business. And really it's only because of a couple of rude ladies. I dropped over $1,000 in vision costs there and they couldn't even mail out my order as a courtesy.
